How acupuncture supports stress relief:
In Chinese medicine, prolonged stress disrupts the natural flow of Qi and blood in the body. Over time, this can create blockages, depletion or a sense of running in constant overdrive.
Acupuncture helps release tension, calm the nervous system, regulate the heart-mind connection and restore a sense of balance and grounding.
