Years ago, I experienced burnout. The kind that leaves you feeling disconnected from yourself, exhausted in a way that rest alone can’t fix. After pushing past my own limits, forgetting how to listen to my own body, I woke up one day feeling like I had lost something essential. That experience changed everything. It led me to acupuncture, not just as a treatment, but as a philosophy and a way of life.
Acupuncture teaches us that healing is not about “fixing” something that is broken, but about restoring what was always meant to be in harmony. It shows us that our bodies hold incredible wisdom, that pain and discomfort are not enemies but signals guiding us back to ourselves.
This understanding shapes the way I live and the way I practice. Compassion, presence and deep listening are at the heart of what I do. I believe in creating a space where you feel seen, where your story matters and where healing unfolds naturally—not through force, but gentle, intentional care.
One of the things I love most about TCM is how it makes sense of things; how it weaves together seemingly unrelated symptoms, emotions and experiences into a bigger picture.
It doesn’t just ask, “What’s wrong?” but rather, “What is your body trying to say?”
This medicine offers a perspective that is both deeply personal and profoundly universal: a way to see ourselves in relationship to the world around us.
