Insurance
Most health insurers (partially) cover the costs when you have additional insurance. Contact your health care provider to see if it’s included in your plan. After the treatment you receive an invoice that you can claim with your health care provider.
Your own risk does not apply for reimbursement of acupuncture treatments.

· How to prepare for a treatment ·
· Eat a light meal. Have a small, balanced meal or snack 1-2 hours before your session.
Avoid arriving on an empty stomach (which can lead to dizziness) or overly full (which can make you feel sluggish).
· Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Acupuncture points are often accessed on the arms, legs, and abdomen, so wearing loose-fitting clothes makes it easier to reach these areas without discomfort.
· Stay hydrated. Drink plenty of tea or water before and after your treatment to support your body’s natural healing process.
· Avoid caffeine & alcohol. It’s best to limit coffee, strong tea, and alcohol before your session, as they can affect circulation, energy levels, and relaxation.
· Plan for rest afterward. Acupuncture shifts your body’s energy, so try to avoid intense workouts, stressful activities, or a packed schedule immediately after treatment. Give yourself space to unwind and integrate the changes.
